On any given day, we could each have between 40,000 – 70,000 thoughts.
Yikes!

I’ve compiled a basic list of 5 fundamental questions that can help you identify negative thought patterns and, put them to rest ASAP!

🌺 Do I have CONVICTION that this thought is true?
🌺 What will happen if this thought is either true or false?
🌺 What is this thought TEACHING me NOW?
🌺 Am I ready to RELEASE this thought, or does it continue to
serve me?
🌺 Is my EGO attached to this thought?
