The Feelings Wheel

At The Art of Resonance, we believe that healing begins with naming what we feel. Whether you’re navigating a moment of overwhelm, guiding others through emotional processing, or simply seeking clarity within, the Feelings Wheel is a gentle yet powerful tool to support your journey.
Originally created to help individuals expand their emotional vocabulary, this wheel offers a visual map of core emotions and their nuanced layers. It invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves, with Allah, and with the sacred language of the heart.
Why it matters: Many of us were never taught how to name our emotions, let alone honor them. The Feelings Wheel helps bridge that gap. It is especially useful in healing work, journaling, Qur’an memorization anchoring, and spiritual mentorship, allowing us to meet our emotions with compassion rather than judgment.

Tips for Healthy Boundaries

Boundaries should be based on your values, or the things that are important to you. For example, if you value spending time with family, set firm boundaries about working late. Your boundaries are yours, and yours alone. Many of your boundaries might align with those who are close to you, but others will be unique. Know your boundaries before entering a situation. This will make it less likely you’ll do something you’re not comfortable with. Use this resource to learn more about setting healthy boundaries.

Healing Hearts: Guided Audio

At every stage of our personal growth journey, our connection to The Almighty is what truly matters: a journey that draws us closer to Him is a blessed and beautiful one in both the worlds.

Our group coaching program, Raising Resilience, includes an audio series (Loving Him), that invites us to reflect on what it means to live in the Light of His Divine Names & Attributes. In our program on combating perfectionism, we connected to the Divine Name ‘Al Wadood’ (The Most Loving) – to understand how doing so can help us manage perfectionism.
