Emotional Freedom Technique

Popularly known as ‘tapping’, this psychological acupressure technique is used to optimize your emotional health. This technique has been used to successfully treat self-sabotaging behaviour patterns, deep-seated depression and anxiety, phobias, etc. A form of energy psychology, it seeks to release blockages within your energy system. An EFT treatment session would involve the use of fingertips to ‘tap’ on the end points of energy meridians (situated beneath the surface of your skin).
